To keep our patients and staff safe, Harmony will be enacting the following procedures:
● All patients will have a phone screening prior to their appointment● Patient forms will be filled out at home, as instructed● Strict social distancing will be upheld in our waiting room● All patients must wear their own masks● Friends and family must wait outside, unless with a minor● Temperature will be checked and hands sanitized upon arrival● If you are ill, please reschedule
